Welcome to QuickStoreIndian Vendor Partner Program.
1. Product Information
Vendors are responsible for providing accurate product names, prices, descriptions, images, stock and other product information.
2. Order Processing
Vendors must accept, pack and dispatch confirmed orders within the timelines communicated by QuickStoreIndian.
3. Product Quality
Products must be genuine, safe, legal to sell and match the information published on the platform.
4. Pricing & Availability
Vendors should keep selling prices and stock information updated and should not cancel confirmed orders without a valid reason.
5. Returns, Refunds & Customer Issues
Vendors agree to cooperate with QuickStoreIndian on applicable returns, refunds, replacements and customer complaints according to the platform policies.
6. Prohibited Products
Products that are illegal, counterfeit, unsafe or otherwise prohibited by applicable law or QuickStoreIndian policy must not be listed.
7. Platform Communication
Vendors should keep their registered contact information active and respond to important order or support communications.
8. Policy Updates
QuickStoreIndian may update these terms from time to time. Vendors will be asked to accept the new version before accessing the vendor panel.
