By placing an order, you agree to the terms mentioned below.
1. Eligibility for Returns
We accept return or replacement requests only in the following cases:
- Product received is damaged
- Product received is defective
- Product received is wrong or missing
Return requests must be raised within 5 days of delivery.
2. Mandatory Product Opening Video (Very Important)
To ensure quick and fair approval of return or replacement requests, customers are strongly advised to record a clear, continuous product opening video.
Video Guidelines:
- Video must start before opening the package
- Packaging, label, and product must be clearly visible
- Video should be uncut and uninterrupted
- Damage or issue must be clearly shown
Why This Is Required:
- Helps verify transit damage
- Prevents misuse and false claims
- Enables faster approval of genuine cases
⚠️ Without an unboxing video, return or replacement approval may be delayed or declined, especially in cases of damage claims.
3. Return Approval Process
- Once a return request is submitted, our team will review the details
- If required, additional information or images/videos may be requested
- Approval is subject to verification of the issue
Quick Store reserves the right to approve or reject return requests based on evidence provided.
4. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund, unless received damaged or defective:
- Opened or used products
- Perfumes, fragrances, and personal care items (for hygiene reasons)
- Products damaged due to customer mishandling
- Products without original packaging
5. Refunds (If Applicable)
- Refunds are issued only after successful inspection of the returned product
- Refunds are processed to the original payment method
- Processing time: 7–10 working days after approval
⚠️ Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable, unless the error is from our side.
6. Replacements
- In eligible cases, a replacement product may be shipped instead of a refund
- Replacement dispatch timelines may vary based on availability
7. COD Orders & Failed Deliveries
For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders:
- Refused or undelivered orders are not eligible for refunds
- Repeated COD refusals may result in account restrictions
8. Damages Caused After Delivery
Products damaged due to:
- Improper use
- Mishandling
- Exposure to water, heat, or chemicals
are not eligible for return or refund.

- Reason for return
- Clear images or videos
- Product opening video (mandatory for damage cases)
