  • All orders are processed within up to 3 working days (excluding Sundays and public holidays).
  • Order processing includes:
    • Order confirmation
    • Quality checks
    • Packaging
    • Handover to logistics or supplier

👉 After the 3 working days processing period, an estimated delivery date is generated and shared with the customer.


2. Estimated Delivery Time

  • Delivery timelines vary based on:
    • Customer location
    • Product type
    • Supplier fulfilment
    • Courier partner availability
  • Once dispatched, delivery usually takes 5–10 business days, depending on location.

3. How We Communicate Order Details

4. Shipping Address Responsibility

Customers are responsible for providing:

  • Correct and complete shipping address

If Address Is Incorrect or Incomplete:

  • Delivery may fail or be delayed
  • Additional shipping charges may apply

5. If Customer Is Not Reachable

If the courier partner is unable to reach the customer due to:

  • Phone switched off
  • Call not answered
  • Invalid phone number
  • Customer unavailable at delivery address

Then:

  • Courier may attempt redelivery (as per courier policy)
  • Order may be marked as RTO (Return to Origin)
  • Additional charges may apply
  • Refund, if any, will be processed after deducting shipping and handling costs

6. Order Cancellation Due to Delivery Issues

An order may be cancelled in the following cases:

  • Incorrect or incomplete address
  • Customer unreachable after multiple attempts
  • Refusal to accept delivery
  • Repeated failed delivery attempts
  • RTO initiated by courier partner

In such cases:

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable
  • Refunds, if applicable, will be processed after product return confirmation

7. Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders

For COD orders:

  • Customer confirmation may be required before dispatch
  • Repeated COD refusals may result in account restriction or order cancellation
  • Quick Store reserves the right to disable COD for certain customers or locations

8. Delays Beyond Our Control

Quick Store is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Government restrictions
